阿尔杜罗·西蒙于奥罗特创立公司

Arturo Simon begins to manufacture bulb mounts in a small workshop after the Great War caused a shortage of this product.

1950

西蒙全新工厂在奥罗特揭幕落成

At this stage, Simon switches from manufacturing small electrical equipment for hardware stores to manufacturing materials for new construction projects.
在此期间，西蒙从为五金店生产制造小型电子设备转型成为新建工程项目提供制造材料。

1998

西蒙开启国际化进程

公司新战略旨在面向在工程建设方面具有广阔发展潜力的新兴发展中国家市场，这些战略区域包括墨西哥、巴西、北非、俄罗斯、印度及中国。与此同时，由设计师Lluís Clotet设计的新工厂在奥罗特揭幕，并被FAD建筑奖提名。第二代简易、高效多功能家庭自动化系统Simon Vox也应运发布。

正式进入中国

西蒙电气进入中国，在江苏南通成立了第一家合资公司“西蒙奇通”，合资双方分别为西班牙“西蒙控股有限公司”（大股东）和“海安县奇通电工有限公司”，使用品牌 SimitOne ，主要生产开关、插座等产品。（有图）

在上海设立中国营销总部，启动开关、插座全国销售网络建设。

2001

荣获高新技术证书

公司获江苏省“高新技术企业”证书。

2002

成立“西蒙智控”子公司

第二家合资公司“西蒙智控”成立，主要生产小型断路器、灯具、布线等产品。

“西蒙智控”更名为“西蒙电气（中国）有限公司”，开关、插座业务转入“西蒙电气（中国）有限公司”，开始启用品牌。
在上海张江高科技园区购置办公楼，上海管理中心随后入迁。

“Simon Automation Equipment”was renamed as “Simon Electric (China) Co., Ltd.”, and the switches and sockets business was transferred into “Simon Electric (China) Co., Ltd.” And starting Brand of.
Shanghai Management Center was moved into the self-own propertyin Shanghai Zhangjiang High-Tech Park.
